Step by step
How a quote works
1. You send your request
Dates, number of guests, the area you like and a rough nightly budget. Add a hotel if you already have one in mind. It takes about two minutes and costs nothing.
2. We check real availability
We look for hotels that fit, then confirm availability and the current rate for your dates with the hotel or our suppliers. Usually two to four options, not twenty.
3. You get a written quote
By email, we aim to reply within one business day. Each option shows the room type, the total for your stay, what is included and the cancellation terms of that rate.
4. You decide
Reply with the option you want, or ask for changes. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you confirm a quote in writing.

What every quote includes
So you can compare options like for like, each one comes with the same information.
- The hotel, the room type and the bed set-up for your group
- The total price for your dates
- Whether breakfast and taxes are included
- The cancellation and change terms that come with that rate
- Why we suggest it, and anything you should know before deciding
Payment
You only pay once you have chosen an option from your quote and confirmed it in writing. The payment instructions, and any deposit the hotel or rate requires, are set out in your confirmed quote before you pay anything.
Asking for a quote is always free and never commits you to booking.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation terms depend on the hotel and the rate. Some rates can be cancelled free of charge until a set date; cheaper rates are often non-refundable. Your quote states the terms for each option, so you know them before you pay.
If flexibility matters to you, say so in your request and we will look for rates with free cancellation.
Your details
We use the details you send only to prepare your quote and to talk to you about your trip. To check rates and make a booking we share only what a hotel or supplier needs. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Thai Escape Travel is an independent travel agency based in Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand. We do not own or run any hotel, and we do not publish prices on the website because rates change with the date and the season.
