We are an independent travel agency. You tell us what you need, we research suitable hotels and send you a personalised quote. We confirm rates and availability before anything is booked.

Requesting a quote is free and there is no obligation to book. Hotel rates are only confirmed when we send your quote.

The website does not display live hotel prices or availability. Rates change by date, season and supplier, so every quote is confirmed with you before booking.

We aim to reply within one business day. Complex requests, such as large groups or peak-season dates, may take a little longer. We will let you know if so.

We are starting with Pattaya. We plan to expand to Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai and other popular destinations over time.

Our focus is hotels. Let us know in your request if you also need transfer or tour help, and we will tell you what we can arrange.

Your check-in and check-out dates, number of adults and children, preferred area, budget range and any must-haves, such as a pool, beach access or family rooms.

Cancellation terms depend on the hotel and the rate. Some rates can be cancelled free of charge until a set date, while cheaper rates are often non-refundable. Your quote states the terms for each option before you pay, and we can look for flexible rates if you ask.

Payment instructions are provided with your confirmed quote, along with the cancellation and payment terms that apply to that booking.
